How much does a media database cost?
Two of the seven vendors below publish prices: BuzzStream ListIQ from $24 a month and Semrush's AI PR Toolkit from $149 a month. Muck Rack, Cision, Meltwater, Roxhill and Agility PR quote per customer. Prices are from each company's pricing page on 24 September 2026; "Not published" means the page shows no price. We did not use third-party estimates.

What changes the price
Contacts and credits
The two published price lists charge by volume. BuzzStream ListIQ sells monthly credits (500 standard credits at $24, 16,000 at $399). Semrush's Base plan includes 250 contacts from the media database per month.
Exports
Semrush lists exporting contacts from the Pro plan ($279) up. Muck Rack's pricing page marks media list exports as limited on Starter.
Modules
Meltwater's pricing FAQ says the quote depends on the modules you choose and the scale of your program. Cision, Muck Rack, Roxhill and Agility PR sell the database next to monitoring, distribution or reporting.
Users
BuzzStream's outreach CRM, sold separately from ListIQ, prices by seat: $49 a month for one user, $174 for three.
